Office Assistant

We are looking for a diligent and sincere Office Assistant for a full-time/ part-time position.

  • Must be able to perform delicate works in Microsoft word and excel (Above entry-level)

  • Must be able to write daily logs using our CRM system.

  • Must be able to answer phone calls and provide good customer service.

  • Must be able to speak and write in both Korean and English fluently.

  • Must be enthusiastic, responsible, and trustworthy.

  • Must be able to utilize Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Minimum requirement of high school graduates.

  • Past experience as a receptionist / secretary / customer service is required.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Hours are typically 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Job Duties:

  • Greeting visitors

  • Scheduling

  • Correspondence

  • Sorting and sending mail

  • Answering and routing phone calls
